Tuesday, Sept. 1 through Friday, Sept. 4, 2026 for Frankfort High School

Good afternoon,

In an effort to communicate early and give families time to prepare, Frankfort High School will be closed Tuesday, September 1, through Friday, September 4, 2026, BUT students will be required to complete virtual instruction on these days. 

Second Street School will remain open on its regular schedule.

SSS Families - please ensure that your students are at school this week. Please do not keep them home unless they are sick. We need our SSS Panther Cubs to be at school during this time.

Tomorrow, Frankfort High will distribute Chromebooks on the following schedule:

12th Grade (seniors) - 10:00-10:45

11th Grade (juniors) - 10:45-11:30

10th Grade (sophomores) - 11:30-12:15

9th Grade (freshmen) - 12:15-1:00

You will pick up your Chromebooks on the 4th Street side of Frankfort High School. We will also be distributing meals at this time for our families. We will distribute a full week of meals at that time.

More detailed information will be sent from the Frankfort High School administration for the week.
